Gaia Born is an online library of wisps brought to you by forgeworkgaia. This is phase two of a three phase vision-project where we build and share the tools needed to restore balance on our patch.

Wisps are open source and open hardware modules for building life cooperatives.

Life cooperatives are when life works together to produce “work”. This work can be defined quite broadly. It’s really up to you and your imagination. Just dream!

Wisps

A wisp is an automated module that takes a single or collection of actions that move resources for life cooperatives. They work in cycles, moving resources steadfastly so life can be enticed to cooperate (or play).

Wisps can be simple or complex. The code provided is designed to be reused and combined to support complex resource movements.

Wisps work with nature to produce good outcomes for Gaia and us. Anything else isn’t a wisp.
